Refund policy
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. Please initiate your return request within this period.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
Restocking Fee
An 8% restocking fee will be deducted per item from your total refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds (minus the 8% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy guidelines below:
- Timeframe & Eligibility: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled by our warehouse team. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Fee: All approved order cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from your final refund total.
- How to Submit a Request: Please send an immediate email to Hello@marliriches.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]".
Note: We process orders quickly, so we strongly recommend emailing us as soon as possible after placing your order.
