Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy guidelines below:

• Timeframe & Eligibility: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled by our warehouse team. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Cancellation Fee: All approved order cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from your final refund total.
• How to Submit a Request: Please send an immediate email to Hello@marliriches.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]".

Note: We process orders quickly, so we strongly recommend emailing us as soon as possible after placing your order.
